Protocols
Clinical Reference  ·  Dosing Guide

Every compound.
A complete protocol.

A physician-curated dosing reference for every peptide in our catalog — mechanisms, titration schedules, timing, cycling, and lab guidance. Dosing is individualized; these protocols are a starting framework, never a substitute for your prescribing physician's plan.

01
Start Low, Go Slow

Doses begin conservatively and escalate only when the current dose is well tolerated.

02
Physician Oversight

Every protocol is individualized and adjusted by a licensed physician based on your response.

03
Lab Monitoring

GH peptides, IGF-1 LR3, Tesamorelin and TA-1 warrant baseline and periodic bloodwork.

04
Cycle & Recover

Most peptides are cycled — time on followed by a washout — to preserve receptor sensitivity.

All protocols require physician consultation and individualized dosing adjustments. Lab monitoring (IGF-1, metabolic panel, immune markers) is recommended for GH peptides, IGF-1 LR3, Tesamorelin, and TA-1. None of these peptides are FDA-approved for the indications listed unless otherwise noted.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is BPC-157?

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a peptide studied for tissue repair. It supports healing of tendons, ligaments, muscles, and gut tissue by promoting angiogenesis and suppressing inflammatory pathways. At Precision Longevity it is prescribed only under physician supervision as part of an individualized protocol.

Is peptide therapy safe?

Peptide therapy at Precision Longevity is always physician-supervised. Every protocol is individualized and follows clinical principles: start low and titrate slowly, ongoing physician oversight, and lab monitoring where indicated — for example with GH peptides, IGF-1 LR3, Tesamorelin, and TA-1. It is not a self-serve product; a licensed physician determines eligibility, dosing, and monitoring.

Do I need a prescription for peptides?

Yes. The peptides offered through Precision Longevity are prescription-only and dispensed by a compounding pharmacy. You complete a clinical intake, a licensed physician reviews your health history and determines eligibility, and a prescription is issued solely at the physician's clinical discretion.

What is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin?

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin is a growth-hormone-axis combination. CJC-1295 amplifies GH pulse amplitude while Ipamorelin triggers a clean, selective GH release with minimal cortisol elevation. Together they support lean muscle gain, fat loss, improved sleep, and recovery. It is used under physician supervision with periodic lab monitoring.

What does NAD+ do?

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme central to cellular energy (ATP) production, DNA repair, and sirtuin activation. Injectable delivery bypasses the gut for full bioavailability, supporting energy, mental clarity, and cellular resilience as part of a physician-supervised longevity protocol.

How does the process work?

Four steps: (1) complete a short clinical intake online; (2) a licensed physician reviews it within 24 hours and determines eligibility; (3) if approved, your prescription is sent to our CGMP-certified compounding pharmacy; (4) your protocol ships cold-chain to your door in 3–5 days. Your physician remains available for ongoing guidance and refills.

Do I need an in-person visit?

No. Consultations are conducted asynchronously via telehealth — you complete your intake online and a physician reviews it on their schedule, with no live video visit required. You retain the right to seek in-person care at any time, and some cases may require a video consultation before approval.

How is my health information protected?

Your protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA. Information collected during intake is used to evaluate eligibility and deliver care, and is never sold. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at (312) 772-8017.

Please read this document before enrolling in any Precision Longevity program. By proceeding with any service you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

01

Nature of Products

Precision Longevity provides peptide compounds sourced from CGMP-compliant facilities, dispensed for personal wellness under physician supervision. These compounds are not FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, or consumer products. All compounds are provided on a per-patient basis following an individualized clinical assessment by a licensed physician.

Personal use only. Compounds are provided solely for the personal wellness use of the patient of record and may not be shared, transferred, or diverted to any third party.

No disease claims. Precision Longevity does not represent these compounds as treatments, cures, or preventives for any diagnosed disease or medical condition.

02

FDA Status & Off-Label Use

The FDA has not approved the compounds provided by Precision Longevity for weight loss, fat reduction, tissue repair, muscle recovery, cognitive enhancement, longevity, skin improvement, immune optimization, or any other wellness application for which they are prescribed. These protocols are utilized on an off-label basis.

Off-label use is the legal prescription of a compound for an indication not specifically approved by the FDA. Off-label prescribing is common and accepted in the United States and is practiced at the discretion of licensed physicians based on clinical judgment and peer-reviewed evidence (21 USC §396).

Patients have the right to a full explanation of any compound being prescribed to them and are encouraged to discuss the off-label nature of any protocol with their physician before beginning treatment.

03

Physician Oversight Requirements

Every patient must complete the following process before any compound is provided. There are no exceptions.

  • Medical intake. A complete health history, current medications, known allergies, and relevant conditions must be documented prior to protocol initiation.
  • Physician review. A licensed physician reviews each intake and develops an individualized treatment plan before any compound is authorized.
  • Informed consent. A signed Informed Consent & Liability Waiver must be completed acknowledging the off-label nature of the therapy and all associated risks.
  • Protocol briefing. Written instructions covering dosing, administration, frequency, and cycle length are provided to every patient.
  • Ongoing oversight. Follow-up is offered throughout each protocol. Adverse reactions must be reported to the physician immediately.
04

Risk Acknowledgment

All medical interventions carry inherent risk. Peptide therapies are no exception. Risks associated with physician-supervised peptide use exist and vary by compound, individual patient profile, dosing protocol, and administration method.

By enrolling in any Precision Longevity program, patients acknowledge that they have been informed of the potential risks specific to their protocol, that individual responses vary, and that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Stop use and contact your physician immediately if you experience severe, unexpected, or prolonged adverse effects.

05

Compounding & Sourcing Standards

All compounds are sourced exclusively from CGMP-certified compounding pharmacies operating under applicable USP standards and state pharmacy board oversight. Precision Longevity does not manufacture compounds or compound drugs in-office.

Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documentation is available upon request for any compound provided to a patient. Lot numbers, expiration dates, and potency verification are maintained as part of our standard dispensing records.

  • Only pharmacies holding valid state licensure and PCAB or equivalent accreditation are used.
  • Cold-chain shipping and storage requirements are followed per each compound's specifications.
  • Patients are instructed on proper storage and handling at the time of dispensing.
